Tech2Empower for Ukraine brought together a cohort of dedicated Advisors who worked collaboratively with six inspiring Lithuanian social enterprises. Our focus was on creating sustainable support structures for Ukrainian refugees and fostering resilient communities. Over the course of the program, the cohort engaged in deeply meaningful work, participating in site visits, hands-on workshops, and strategic planning sessions. The final result was six “impact projects”, each catering to the unique needs of the respective social enterprise. Our Advisors shared their expertise, providing valuable insights and innovative solutions, while social enterprise participants offered cultural context and the energy to drive change for their organizations. This program stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and knowledge-sharing, and also as a profound reminder of the resilience and strength of communities coming together in support of one another.
Program overview
Tech2Empower for Ukraine is dedicated to supporting and uplifting displaced Ukrainian women by providing vital skills, resources, and networking opportunities to help them rebuild their lives and communities.
Advisors worked alongside local organizations in Vilnius, Lithuania, that are providing services to Ukrainian refugees, had the opportunity to learn from and connect with these community leaders, and provided project support and additional resources.
